Back at it

When I chose to run in college I knew it was going to be full of ups and downs. When you run a lot your body starts to hate you a lot because you are slowly breaking yourself. My leg muscles and joints just have never been tough enough to endure what I put them through for long amounts of time. So when I chose college running I knew I was going to have to be very mentally tough throughout my 4 years here at Bradley. So basically anything except laying in bed motionless. Soooo yeah things are going great. Now instead of running I wake up at the crack of dawn to do lots and lots of painful exercises to try to strengthen basically all of my leg muscles so that my muscle magically happens to un-tighten from its ball of fury. You would think that running 50 miles a week would strengthen your legs right? Yeah I thought so too but the answer is no. Actually running so much just makes me mu...
